Support origination efforts in sales, capital markets, legal, engineering, and marketing. Analyze customer fleet and financial status, develop electrification plans, and present visualizations. Identify solutions to hurdles, travel to customer sites, manage relationships, and contribute to strategy development. Requires 2-4 years of experience in project management or customer support with analytical skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Travel required. Establish project engineering and design specifications, support construction standards creation, provide technical guidance, manage third-party engineering consultants, and evaluate new equipment and software applications in the renewable energy and EV charging infrastructure industry.

Lead a regional team of project managers delivering EV charging infrastructure projects, manage key and complex projects, drive projects to completion on time and on budget, support project management function improvement initiatives.

Support origination efforts by identifying qualified leads, analyzing customer fleet and financial status, preparing visualizations, managing relationships, and contributing to strategy development. Requires 1-2 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively.
